Khao Sok Special Wildlife Tour

| Between February and May each year the water in the Chiew Larn lake in the Khao Sok National Park recedes and we have a very good chance of seeing wildlife coming to munch on the fresh grass at the water's edge. A two-hour boat ride take us deep into the lake. At sunset set off in a slow boat with local spotters, and you are likely to see sambar deer, hornbills and the wild gaur - a massive wild Asian buffalo conspicuous for its white socks and curled horns. You can also take a jungle hike in the footsteps of elephants. | ||
| Overnight at an isolated and peaceful raft house deep in the lake. In the early morning take a second boat safari for more animal and bird spotting.
